Cardiff Devils remain on course for the Grand Slam after coming from behind to defeat Dundee Stars in the Elite League play-off semi-final at Nottingham.

Dundee led 2-0 at the end of the first period with goals from Kevin Hart and Brett Switzer, but the Devils hit back after 26 minutes through Joey Haddad.

Goals in the final session by Mark Louis, Joey Martin and Andrew Hotham secured Cardiff’s place in the final.

Sheffield Steelers progressed to the final courtesy of a 2-0 victory over Belfast Giants.

Guillaume Desbiens opened the scoring after four minutes and Levi Nelson’s late empty-netter secured the win for the Steelers.
