The Glasgow Clan have released forward Jordan Buesa after he requested to join the Sheffield Steeldogs on a two-way contract.
Buesa, who re-joined the Clan from the Fife Flyers ahead of 2021-22, will spend the rest of the season with NIHL Sheffield.
However, the 22-year-old is still eligible to play for the Clan in the Elite League under the terms of his two-way contract.
In a club statement, a Clan spokesperson wrote: “[Buesa] will be available to play for the Clan when suitable for the player and both clubs. We would like to thank Jordan for all his efforts with the Clan, wish him all the best with the Steeldogs and affirm that the door has been left open for his return in future seasons.”
