Nottingham Panthers moved to the top of the Elite League after an impressive four-point weekend.
Paul Swindlehurst (2) led the way in their 4-0 home victory against Coventry Blaze, and Panthers followed up in style with a 4-1 success at Sheffield Steelers – David Clarke, Evan Mosey, Geoff Waugh and Andy Bohmbach got the goals.
Cardiff Devils are second after also picking up a pair of wins. Joey Martin (2) and Tomas Kurka (2) helped the Welsh club to a 6-3 home success against Belfast Giants, while Guillaume Doucet (2) topped the scoring in their 6-2 victory at Manchester Storm.
