Glasgow Clan have delivered another winner as they marked St Andrews Day with another Scottish-themed jersey.
The club will be sure to make headlines once again as their unique design gets noticed far and wide as they celebrated Scotland’s patron saint.
Fans delved deep to buy the jerseys in the post game auction as well as the Purple Army appreciated the latest design.
The 2018 version is one that pleased Clan’s Chief Operation Officer Gareth Chalmers as the Glasgow side received more positivity from their latest offering.
“Our themed jerseys have proved popular in recent years, particularly previous St Andrews Day and Burns Night versions where in some cases, they’ve gone viral and attracted attention from some far flung places,” Chalmers said.

“They’re always well received by the Purple Army as well and it’s reflected by the generous amount by fans when they are auctioned at the end of the night.
“The design we had for this year’s has been based on what we’ve done before, but added a shirt and tie effect to go with the kilt design on the shorts.
“The response once again has been fantastic from everybody and we’re really pleased at the success of our latest St Andrews Day offering.”
As well as the success with the kit, Clan delivered victory on the ice with a 4-2 win over Coventry Blaze to move them up to seventh in the table.
Josh Gratton scored twice as they bounced back from their 4-3 loss to Cardiff Devils in the Challenge Cup earlier in the week.
