Basingstoke Bison netminder Tomas Hiadlovsky has agreed a second season with the reigning EPL champions.

Prior to joining Bison the 27-year-old goalie played for three years in the Elite League with Edinburgh Capitals.

Head Coach Doug Sheppard said: “Tomas really showed what he could do coming down the stretch last season and is a great guy in the dressing room, so is another good fit for this team.

“Strong goaltending is key to any successful team and in Tomas we know this department is in safe hands.

“He is a goalie who likes to play the puck and I think our defensemen last season had to adapt to be an outlet for him.

“I’m sure this being his second season in the EPL he will be more at home in this league.”
