Cardiff Devils 4 Nottingham Panthers 1

Cardiff Devils completed a four-point weekend with a 4-1 home win against fellow title contenders Nottingham at Ice Arena Wales.

After a goalless first period, Joey Haddad put the Devils ahead just under two minutes in to the second frame before Justin Faryna doubled the advantage in the 37th minute.

Haddad and Matthew Myers then helped set up Bryce Reddick to open up a 3-0 lead heading in to the second intermission.

Robert Farmer pulled one back for the Panthers a little over four minutes in to the final frame, but it proved little more than a consolation effort as Paul Crowder restored the three-goal cushion with what proved to be the final goal of the game.
