Nottingham Panthers secured the Elite League play-off title after a hard-fought victory against Coventry Blaze.

Panthers progressed to the final after a 4-1 win against Fife Flyers, while Blaze went through courtesy of a stunning 6-2 success over Cardiff Devils.

Goals by Stephen Schultz and Kevin Quick gave Panthers a 2-0 victory in the final to add the play-off crown to the Challenge Cup they won back in March.

Devils won the 3rd/4th place play-off game 6-0 against the Flyers.
