Fife Flyers have confirmed the signing of Canadian forward Bryan Cameron.

The 27-year-old moves to the Elite League from ECHL side Atlanta Gladiators. He has extensive North American experience including a season with the AHL’s Abbotsford Heat, plus a year in Poland with STS Sanok.

Head Coach Todd Dutiaume said: “He’s something that we sorely need – we needed another right-handed forward and probably another one if possible.

“I think we’ve found a good one in Brian – he’s going to give us some grit. He’s a guy who’s not afraid to stand in front of the net, something I think we lack at times.

“What we really need is eight import forwards healthy and playing – that gives us three lines and some depth to our line-up.”
