Gould joins Stars from Strasbourg

Dundee Stars have secured the services of Canadian forward Malcolm Gould for the 2017/18 season.

The 24-year-old signs from French outfit Etoile Noire de Strasbourg where he racked up 23 points in 27 games.

Stars’ boss Marc LeFebvre said: “I’m very pleased to have Malcolm join the Stars for the upcoming season.

“I did quite a bit of research on Malcolm and his skill level, work ethic and character impressed me. He will be one of our offensive leaders and a great character to have around the club.

Gould added: “I’m very excited for the opportunity to be continuing my professional career with the Dundee Stars. I can’t wait to get the upcoming season underway and to join the community of Dundee.”
