Paisley Pirates kicked off their Scottish National League (SNL) season with a resounding 10-0 victory at home to Kilmarnock Storm.

Fraser Campbell (2), Haydn Bain (2) and Martyn Guy (2) topped the scoring for the Pirates.

Aberdeen Lynx were left frustrated as Dundee Comets held them to a 1-1 draw courtesy of a last minute equaliser.

Christian Johnson gave Lynx the lead in the 55th minute, but Lewis Gold’s late leveller handed Comets a share of the points.

North Ayrshire Wild got their league campaign off to the perfect start with a 7-3 home victory against Edinburgh Capitals SNL.
