The SNL has confirmed details of the weekends for the play-off finals and cup finals for 2016.
Kirkcaldy’s Fife Ice Arena will host both events again this year as the season reaches an exciting crescendo.
First up is the SNL play-off final weekend on Saturday, 9th and Sunday, 10th April, as the last four standing battle for the prestigious trophy.
The schedule is as follows:
Saturday 9th April – semi-finals
Paisley Pirates or Dundee Tigers v Edinburgh Capitals or Aberdeen Lynx (4.45pm)
Kirkcaldy Kestrels v North Ayrshire Wild or Dundee Comets (7.30pm)
Sunday 10th April – final
Winners of the above matches (6.00pm)
In the event of a draw in the semi-finals, the game will go straight to penalty shots to determine a winner.
For the final, if the teams are tied after 60 minutes there will be five minutes of overtime followed by penalty shots to determine the winner if necessary.
Ticket prices are £8 per game for adults/£5 for children U16 or you can buy an all-day Saturday ticket at £12 for adults and £8 for children U16.
On Saturday, 16th April, Fife Ice Arena will also host a day of Scottish Cup Finals, ranging from the U12 age group to full SNL teams.
The action begins at 10.00am with the U12 cup final the first of five matches in one day.

Kirkcaldy v Kilmarnock (U16 – 1.50pm)
Kirkcaldy v Kilmarnock (U20 – 3.45pm)
Paisley Pirates vs Edinburgh Capitals (SNL cup final – 6.45pm)
In the event of a tie, there will be a five-minute overtime period followed by penalty shots to determine a winner.
Ticket prices are £10 for an adult day ticket and £5 for children U16.
